Accessibility

Access to the scholarly record.

ISAIS works to make public pages, forms and article records perceivable, operable, understandable and robust across devices and assistive technologies.

Structure

Clear landmarks and controls

Pages use semantic headings, navigation landmarks, labelled controls and visible focus states to support keyboard and assistive-technology use.

Reading

Responsive and legible

Layouts adapt to small and large screens, preserve readable contrast and avoid motion where a visitor has requested reduced motion.

Content

Meaningful alternatives

Publication records can include alt text for figures and responsive HTML tables. Source files from third parties may require a reasonable alternative where available.

Report a barrier

Tell us what did not work.

Use the published technical support route when it is available, and include the page, task, device and assistive technology involved so the issue can be assessed.
