Authorship, ethics, consent, conflicts, funding, data availability, corrections and retractions are reviewed through documented procedures.

Hybrid publishing: authors may choose open access after acceptance; subscription access and individual article purchase remain available.

Proposed APC: USD $1,250 per accepted article. Waivers and discounts are assessed separately and never affect editorial decisions.

Waivers may be requested before acceptance for documented financial need. Editorial decisions are independent of payment.
